"What the...?"
Another nosebleed? And it was glowing again? He knew what it meant, and that wasn't anything good. He needed to get the hell out of there. He looked at the blood that puddled beneath him. That familiar feeling of burning from the inside out. He knew it all too well, yet he tried to maintain his calm attitude as he pulled himself together.  
"You're dead" he muttered, cold as ice. "I'll fucking kill you."

More Emion lore:
It's called an overload, when the amount of energy an esper uses exceeds the limits of that persons body. After all, carrying around so much radiation is bad for you, even if you're strong. There are multiple stages, varying from a harmless nosebleed to near death, but when you've gotten to this point it's usually bad. Stage 3 comes with internal bleeding. So you either need to get to a hospital quickly or have mad regenerative abilities to pull it off and make it out alive. Also... both the glowing eyes and the blood are a marker for carrying energy in your blood. More glow = more energy.
