Fierce determination

"So you want to fight, huh?
Bring it on then."


I've always loved that look of fierce determination, a spark of intense inner power that breaks the mundane and makes the impossible possible.
The thought that no matter how much shit life throws at you, you're just gonna refuse to give up.

It's probably because it resonates so much with me. Life has given me a whole lot of shit over the past year(s), but at least I'm still standing. 


Anyway, I made this one for the color as emotion challenge from autodesk-sketchbook and DestinyBlue  
It was my first try at the Autodesk Sketchbook software that you were required to use for this challenge. I have to say it took me a while to get used to (I'm a sucker when it comes to using new software) but there are many aspects that I like about it. It's very intuitive, it mixes colors quite easy (in contrary to the dreaded Photoshop color mixing) and there are a lot of interesting pre-set brushes (which I happily abused for this work XD)
