He couldn't be alive!
I was sure I killed him, down there in the basement.
I broke his bones, his skull. But most important; I crushed all of his hopes of ever getting out of there.
How did he escape? How could he be standing on his feet after all of that? He wasn't human. He couldn't be.
His arm must've been broken. He wasn't able to use it.
Blood dripped down on the ground when he stood there, in the doorway, but he didn't seem to mind at all.
He just glared at me.
"I think it's been enough" he spoke calmer than I expected him to. "Don't you think so?"

Originality Technique ImpactFirst off, I like the sunrise appearance behind him. Second, the black rectangles next to him are very confusing. You need to add a bit of lighting to make it feel like he's walking into a house (Or whatever). Other than this one flaw, I like! Though... Is it too unrealistic to add a little more blood on the hair, make if to that it actually looks like one of his arms are bleeding like crazy, and, maybe make it look like his clothes (Shirt and pants) are blood stained? Maybe add a little more of the cuts on his arms. Just saying.
