A small tutorial about how I use photoshop filters to tweak the colors of a digital drawing when I'm finished painting. These are usually the last few steps that I take in the drawing process. It might seem simple (and really it is). But finetuning your work like this really boosts it up.
Please bear with the accent. I'm not a native English speaker
I think this tutorial is very helpful for people who needed to know how to bring out certain colors in their artwork. It is also quite easy to understand, and i feel that even novices of Photoshop would be able to understand it. Yet it still teaches a professional and useful technique. I know you said about having a good screen so it may be my computer that's making it a little hard to see. I found it very easy to understand what you were saying, you speak very clearly and your English is excellent, don't worry about that. Overall, i think you did a good job, and i may use it in the future to help me with my digital artwork.
i'm a (so called oldscool-painter and artists like you can help me to reach the new ganeration) -- the last two years i made my expierience with digital work (gifs, chromakey and so on) - hope to learn some skills - your english is good - amerikan english is really different to that english i learnt at skool -- go further
i have photoshop , but i prefer painting with paint tool sai ^^. for the "filters" , single calk, a colour of your choice and the blur tool . then correct with the rubber tool and a low density for the tool . it's a bit longer sometimes, depend of how you work your colour , but sai have not the same tools as toshop ^^
