1. Original artwork
2. Redlines. I changed the anatomy for a bit. When stretching your arm forwards, it means it has to maintain more at the height of the shoulder (where it's connected). This is simply because the arm has an limited reach, whether it might be forward or downward. When you draw the hand too low, it appears as if it's too long, which makes it unnatural, and makes the perspective turn out weird.
3. Filled in the detailes. Drew the puppet over the hand, and added some additional folds in clothing. Gave him a bit less hair on the top of his head. So much hair on the top of your head, would be pretty much impossible with that length... unless the guy has a secret afro
4. Optional, but I wanted to show you this. By adding shadows, you can make the perspective come out better

Edit;
I've turned comments off due to the many angry people fussing about style or not. After all, I've posted this mainly for the artist... and merely with the good intention that it might be helpful for others as well.
Style is a matter or preference. When I draw, I do it automatically in my style. This doesn't mean I'm saying the original artist style is bad or whatsoever. It just means we're 2 different people. Whatever you like more depends on your personal preferences.
Know this was by no means an attempt to bash the artist or anything. This correction was requested by the artist, after all.
If you think you can do a better job at this than me, then instead of bashing me, do the community a service and help other people out. Improvement-Club is always looking for people. Don't be an ass. Help people out instead.
