Character - Psycho

Psycho (or Maximillian as he is actually called) is a character that we haven't seen so much. Mostly because I had problems drawing him (I'm not that good with drawing muscular men). Despite that, he does have a complete storyline already, so he's not completely neglected XD

Maximillian Raccuna is a creepy guy with a kinda sad backstory. He came from a very rich family (hence the horrible name). His youth was fine, until his father died in a plane crash. His mother was never mentally stable. Maximillian had to take care of her most of the time, when they had to live on the street after his fathers' family claimed their money and the house. Eventually she committed suicide by jumping from a large building, in front of Maximillians eyes.

What Maximillian didn't know by then, is that he had the same mental disorder that his mother had. This, combined with the powers he inherited from his father, made him into a dangerous psychopath as soon as his powers began to awaken.

Nowadays Maximillian killed everybody that knew his real name and he's called 'Psycho' by the many people that fear him. He's 70 years old, but his body doesn't really age because of his enormous energy level. He's widely considered the most powerful and dangerous element user alive and has been hunted by government organizations for over 50 years. Without success. Even with a reward of millions of dollars on his head, nobody even dares to approach him.

Mentally the guy is getting old, though. He's getting sick and tired of the cat and mouse play between him and the government organizations and just wants to find some rest.
